Fuad Huseynaliyev: Azerbaijani press proved itself during the 44-day war

Azerbaijani press proved itself during the 44-day Patriotic War, the media's activities demonstrated that we can defeat any enemy.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the director of the Report news agency Fuad Huseynaliyev told journalists on the sidelines of the conference "Global Information Environment and Media Trends" - MEDIAFEST-2025 in Nakhchivan.

He noted that Nakhchivan has always played a special role in the Azerbaijani press and literature: "It is symbolic that the events dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the Azerbaijani national press began in Nakhchivan."

Huseynaliyev emphasized the high level of organization of the event and expressed gratitude to the plenipotentiary representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the newspaper "Sharq Gapysy" and other organizers.

"Panel discussions on current issues were held. We discussed the path traveled by the Azerbaijani press and methods for achieving the set goals. I believe that there are new technical means and challenges for the further development of the Azerbaijani press in the coming years. The Azerbaijani press proved itself during the 44-day Patriotic War. The media's activities proved that we can fight any enemy and emerge victorious," added the Agency Director.
