Estonia expresses solidarity with Azerbaijan amid Iran's attacks.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna on the social network X.

"The strikes by Iranian drones on the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, which damaged the airport and injured civilians, are a flagrant violation of international law and state sovereignty. Such reckless actions against countries of the region are unacceptable and must stop," he wrote.

According to the minister, Estonia expresses solidarity with Azerbaijan and supports peace and security in the region.

As a reminder, on March 5, unmanned aerial vehicles launched from the territory of Iran attacked targets on the territory of Nakhchivan. One of the drones hit the terminal building of Nakhchivan International Airport, and the second one landed near a school building in the village of Shekerabud. As a result of the airport attack, four civilians were injured. The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Azerbaijan, Mojtaba Damirchilu, was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Azerbaijan stated that it reserves the right to a retaliatory strike.
