Bicycles were gifted to children and teenagers living in regions on the initiative of Leyla Aliyeva

On May 11, at the initiative of the Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Association Leyla Aliyeva, a special social action was held for children and adolescents living in Khyzy, Guba, Gakh and Yevlakh districts.
As BAKU.WS reports, as part of the action carried out with the support of the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation, 200 children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years from each district, 50 people in total, were given bicycles and appropriate protective equipment.
The main goal of this regularly conducted initiative is to create conditions for more effective leisure activities for children living in the regions, increase their interest in sports and a healthy lifestyle, encourage physical activity, as well as promote the use of bicycles as an environmentally friendly mode of transport.
The children who participated in the event received the gifts presented to them with great joy and expressed gratitude to the organizers for the initiative.
It is worth noting that at the initiative of the Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Association Leyla Aliyeva, large-scale projects are regularly implemented covering humanitarian, educational, medical, social, environmental and other areas, both in various regions of our country and in many countries around the world.
