Approved Plan of Activities in Connection with the Declaration of 2026 as the Year of Urban Planning and Architecture
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on the approval of the "Action Plan in connection with the declaration of 2026 in the Republic of Azerbaijan as the Year of Urban Planning and Architecture".
As reported by BAKU.WS, the document states:
"Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On declaring 2026 in the Republic of Azerbaijan as the Year of Urban Planning and Architecture" dated December 22, 2025, number 858, I decree:
1. To approve the "Action Plan in connection with the declaration of 2026 in the Republic of Azerbaijan as the Year of Urban Planning and Architecture".
2. The Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall coordinate and monitor the implementation of the activities provided for in the Action Plan approved by part 1 of this order.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this order".
