Ali Asadov met with the president of the International Aquatic Sports Federation
On November 18, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AR) Ali Asadov held a meeting with the president of the International Aquatic Sports Federation Hussein Al-Musallam.
As reported to BAKU.WS by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, it was emphasized at the meeting that the development of physical education and sports is one of the priority directions of Azerbaijan's state policy, and athletes receive comprehensive attention and support from the state.
It was noted that a modern sports infrastructure has been created in the country, including numerous Olympic and sports complexes built in various regions. The Republic of Azerbaijan has successfully hosted a number of major international sporting events and world championships.
During the conversation, the parties discussed measures taken in our country to develop and popularize water sports, as well as cooperation issues with the International Aquatic Sports Federation.
