Ali Asadov discussed cooperation in the field of shipbuilding with the head of Damen Shipyards Group

Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov met with the Chief Executive Officer of Damen Shipyards Group, Arnout Damen.

During the meeting, the successful development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Damen Shipyards Group was noted, and satisfaction was expressed with the company's participation in projects being implemented in the country.

It was noted that the further strengthening of Azerbaijan's position as an international transport and logistics center and its transit potential opens new opportunities for the development of cooperation in the areas of shipbuilding and maritime transport.

During the meeting, prospects for expanding cooperation between Azerbaijan and Damen Shipyards Group in the field of shipbuilding, the introduction of modern maritime technologies, and other areas of mutual interest were discussed.

Minister of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan Rashad Nabiyev also participated in the meeting.
