A conference on the topic "Heydar Aliyev and Sovereign Azerbaijan" is being held at Karabakh University in Khankendi, jointly organized by the General Prosecutor's Office and the Ministry of Science and Education in partnership with the university.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, the conference is attended by Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev, government officials, lawyers, representatives of higher educational institutions and media, as well as young researchers.
