Kyamaleddin Heydarov commented on rumors about a villa gifted to Ramiz Mehdiyev

I did not gift Ramiz Mehdiyev either a villa in Gabala district, or anything else. This is empty talk, I don't attach importance to it. Therefore, you should not take it seriously either.

As BAKU.WS reports, this was stated by the Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel General Kamaleddin Heydarov to gununsesi.info, responding to claims spread in the media that he built a villa for the former head of the Administration of the President of Azerbaijan R. Mehdiyev.

Note that earlier information appeared about the property of R. Mehdiyev, who was brought to criminal responsibility by the Main Investigation Department of the State Security Service (SSS), which is estimated to be worth hundreds of millions.

One of the reports mentioned the villa of the ex-head of the Presidential Administration in the Gabala district, which was allegedly gifted to him by the Minister of Emergency Situations. However, K. Heydarov noted that these rumors are spread by "idlers."

According to available information, the relationship between K. Heydarov and R. Mehdiyev was tense. Therefore, the version about such a gift does not seem plausible.
