The volume of fixed capital investments in Azerbaijan over eight months has been announced
In January - August 2026, 12 billion 677.8 million manats of investments were directed into the fixed capital of Azerbaijan. This is 10% more in real terms compared to the same period last year.
As reported by Oxu.Az, this was announced by the State Statistics Committee.
According to the data, the volume of investments in the oil and gas sector grew by 32.4% in real terms, amounting to 4 billion 246.7 million manats. The volume of funds directed to the non-oil and gas sector increased by 1.4% - to 8 billion 431.1 million manats.
Investments in goods production sectors grew by 19.6% in real terms, reaching 7 billion 40.7 million manats. In the services sector, a decline of 0.7% was recorded - to 3 billion 850.6 million manats. The volume of funds directed to residential housing construction grew by 1.8%, amounting to 1 billion 786.5 million manats.
