The nominal and real effective exchange rates of the Azerbaijani manat decreased in April
As of May 1, the nominal effective exchange rate of the Azerbaijani manat against foreign currencies stood at 102.9 points.
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the indicator decreased by 1 point over the month.
At the same time, compared to the beginning of the year, the nominal effective exchange rate increased by 0.4 points, while on an annual basis it decreased by 1.5 points.
The real effective exchange rate of the manat at the end of April stood at 115.3 points.
Compared to the previous month, the indicator decreased by 2.4 points, since the beginning of the year by 0.5 points, and compared to the same period last year by 3.3 points.
