The Central Bank of Azerbaijan slightly increased its profit in 2025
The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) ended 2025 with a profit of 724.321 million manats.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, citing the CBA's financial report, this is 0.4% more compared to 2024.
Last year, the CBA's interest income amounted to 723 million 772 thousand manats (+0.9%), interest expenses - 230 million 517 thousand manats (+5.35%), commission income - 27 million 855 thousand manats (+3%), commission expenses - 9 million 372 thousand manats (-2%), net income from foreign exchange operations - 1 million 521 thousand manats (+24.9%), other operating income - 14 million 304 thousand manats (+96.3%), administrative and other operating expenses amounted to 144.13 million manats (+29.6%), the remainder being income and expenses from other sources.
