SOCAR discussed the application of AI in industry with Arthur D. Little
The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and Arthur D. Little company exchanged views on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in industry and the development of renewable energy sources (RES).
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to SOCAR, the discussions took place at a meeting between SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and Arthur D. Little partner, Global Head of Energy, Utilities and Resources Michael Kruse.
At the meeting, information was provided about SOCAR's multidisciplinary activities in the energy sector, strategic projects implemented in Azerbaijan and foreign countries, and they reviewed various practices in the field of innovative management models in the energy industry, optimization of operations and increasing competitiveness.
The parties also exchanged views on energy transition, digitalization, application of AI technologies in industry, development of renewable energy sources and other issues of mutual interest.
