Silver price reached a new historical record

The price of the silver futures contract with delivery in March 2026 on the Comex exchange (a division of the New York Mercantile Exchange) has updated its historical maximum, exceeding 100 dollars per troy ounce.

This is according to the trading platform data.

As of 19:12 Baku time, the price of the precious metal increased by 3.95% and amounted to 100.18 dollars per troy ounce.

By 19:20 Baku time, the silver price slowed its growth to 99.68 dollars per troy ounce (+3.43%). At the same time, the gold futures contract with delivery in February 2026 on the Comex exchange was growing by 0.73%, to 4,949.2 dollars per troy ounce.
