Prime Minister: A new Strategy for socio-economic development of Azerbaijan until 2031 is being prepared

A new Strategy for socio-economic development of Azerbaijan is being developed for 2027-2030.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this was announced by Prime Minister Ali Asadov following a special government meeting dedicated to the visit of Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev to the United States.

"The Strategy for socio-economic development for 2022-2026, compiled on the basis of National Priorities approved by President Ilham Aliyev in 2021, is being successfully implemented. Today, a new Strategy is being developed that will cover 2027-2030," said Asadov.

The Prime Minister added that currently the most important direction of state policy, carried out under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, is the implementation of construction and restoration work in territories liberated from occupation.
