Orkhan Mamedov: Azerbaijan ranked second among 139 countries in the Global Innovation Index
In the Global Innovation Index, announced in September 2025, Azerbaijan ranked second among 139 countries in the "Entrepreneurial Policy and Culture" indicator.
As Oxu.Az reports, this was announced by the chairman of the board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) Orkhan Mammadov during his speech at the Dayaq ("Support") award ceremony under the motto "Power in Business".
According to him, at the same time, according to a survey conducted among companies with foreign capital, KOBİA was rated as a leader among government agencies in supporting socio-economic development.
"As KOBİA, we also attach special importance to the quality of internal management, and the consistent measures we implement in this direction serve to increase entrepreneur satisfaction," said Orkhan Mammadov.
