The Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan, Mikail Jabbarov, shared a publication on his social media account X on the occasion of International Volunteer Day, reports BAKU.WS.
"Volunteer activities make an important contribution to enhancing knowledge and skills of youth and to the overall development of human capital.
We congratulate all volunteers on December 5 - International Volunteer Day, and wish success in their work and new achievements," - the publication says.
