Mikail Jabbarov met with Cesar Chocheli

Azerbaijan's Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov held a meeting with Gabala Beverage Company founder Tsezar Chocheli.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the ministry's press service, cooperation issues with the company, as well as current and prospective business initiatives were discussed during the meeting.

The parties exchanged views on the progress of construction of an alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage production plant in Gabala district. It was noted that the project has good prospects in terms of producing competitive products, expanding export opportunities, and creating jobs in the regions.

Recall that Gabala Beverage Company was established under the Ministry of Economy as part of a Joint Participation Agreement signed between the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (formerly Azerbaijan Investment Company OJSC) and Georgian Beer Company Ltd.

It is reported that the beer and soft drink production plant, based on advanced international technologies, will have an annual production capacity of 147 million liters.
