Mikail Jabbarov approved the form of the license agreement and the procedure for its conclusion

The "Form of the License Agreement and the Procedure for its Conclusion" have been approved.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding decision was signed by the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan, Mikail Jabbarov.
This document defines the form and procedure for concluding a license agreement for activities related to the installation and operation of fuel supply and gas supply facilities in connection with the application of the law "On Licenses and Permits".
Within 30 days from the date of issuing a license for the installation and operation of fuel supply and gas supply facilities to a legal entity, branch or representative office of a foreign legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, a corresponding agreement is concluded between the economic department and the license holder.
The aforementioned agreement is concluded in writing and for an unlimited period.
The concepts used in this document have the meanings provided for in the law "On Licenses and Permits," as well as in other legislative acts.
The license holder, along with the documents prescribed by legislation, submits to the Ministry of Economy a license agreement signed by themselves in two copies, and with respect to a legal entity, branch or representative office of a foreign legal entity - also certified with a seal.
The department signs the corresponding agreement within 30 days from the date of license issuance and presents it to the license holder.
Except in cases established by legislation, the parties cannot refuse to sign the agreement.
The license agreement comes into force on the day when its holder is informed about the conclusion of the contract in the manner prescribed by Article 62 of the law "On Administrative Proceedings".
If this agreement is not concluded within 30 days from the date of license issuance, the corresponding certificate does not create legal consequences.
The license agreement may be annulled in the manner established by the Civil Code and the law "On Administrative Proceedings".
The decision was made on October 10, entered into the State Register of Legal Acts on October 21, and came into force on October 22.
