In Azerbaijan, a company with a charter capital of 2.3 million manats is being liquidated

LLC ASK Aqro announced its liquidation and called on creditors to submit their claims within two months.

As reported by BAKU.WS, claims should be sent to OJSC "Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation", which is in the process of liquidation, at the address: Baku city, Yasamal district, Izmir street, 14.

LLC ASK Aqro was registered on May 29, 2018. The legal address of the company is: Oyrat village of Sheki district, in the territory of Garasu. The authorized capital amounts to 2 million 325 thousand 827 manats, the legal representative is Nizami Abduraghim oglu Zamanov.

The last extract from the registry was issued on November 5, 2025. According to the State Tax Service, the company's tax debt amounts to 3,667.17 manats.

Recall that in accordance with the order of the head of state, OJSC "Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation" is subject to liquidation, and the enterprises that are part of it are transferred to the management of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding.
