In Azerbaijan, 238 million manats in mortgage loans were issued through the state line over 7 months

In Azerbaijan, during January-July of the current year, mortgage loans totaling 237.8 million manats were issued through the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF). This is 3.8% less compared to the same period last year.

The amount of loans refinanced by the fund during the reporting period decreased by 20.8% to 204.1 million manats.

Over the year, the volume of funds raised by the MCGF through bond issuance decreased by 18.9% to 300 million manats, while the volume of funds allocated to the fund from the state budget increased by 33.4% to 63.9 million manats.
