The public association "Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers" conducted a large-scale study of housing costs in 11 of 12 districts of Baku.

As the chairman of the organization Vugar Oruj told Report, the analysis of apartment prices on various streets and avenues of the capital revealed significant differences in prices between new buildings and secondary housing.

The most expensive district of Baku turned out to be Sabail, specifically - Neftchilar Avenue. The average price per square meter here is 9,640 manats. Moreover, leadership is maintained by both new houses - 9,629 manats per "square", and old housing stock - 9,650 manats.

In second place for expensive housing is Basti Bagirova Street in the Yasamal district. A square meter here costs an average of 3,635 manats. New buildings are slightly more expensive - 3,985 manats, "secondary" housing - 3,285 manats.

The top three most expensive locations is completed by 28 May Street in the Nasimi district of Baku. A "square" is valued at 3,827 manats. However, new housing is most expensive on Khanifa Aleskerova Street - 4,175 manats, and old housing - on Nizami Street (3,918 manats).

Khatai district shows the highest prices on Khojaly Avenue - 3,199 manats per square meter. At the same time, new buildings are most expensive on Najafgulu Rafiyev Street (3,408 manats), and secondary housing - on Khojaly Avenue (3,050 manats).

In the Narimanov district, the highest prices are observed on Izaddin Gasanoglu Street - 3,574 manats per square meter. New buildings here cost 3,980 manats per square, and secondary housing is most expensive on Shah Ismail Khatai Avenue (3,280 manats).

Nizami district shows maximum prices on Gara Garayev Avenue - 2,818 manats per square meter. New buildings here are valued at 3,025 manats, and secondary housing is most expensive on Elshan Suleymanov Street (2,630 manats).

In the Surakhani district, Zahid Aliyev Street leads with an average price of 2,113 manats per square meter. This street leads both in the segment of new buildings (2,230 manats) and secondary housing (1,995 manats).

Sabunchi district demonstrates the highest prices on Oscar Efendiyev Street - 2,401 manats per square meter. The most expensive new buildings (2,562 manats) and secondary housing (2,239 manats) are also located here.

In the Binagadi district, the highest prices were recorded on Ibrahimpasha Dadashov Street - 2,813 manats per square meter. This street leads both in the segment of new buildings (2,916 manats) and secondary housing (2,710 manats).

Khazar district shows maximum prices on Mardakyan Highway - 2,005 manats per square meter. The most expensive new buildings (2,140 manats) and secondary housing (1,845 manats) are also located here.

In the Garadag district, Seymur Orujov Street leads with an average price of 1,842 manats per square meter. However, new buildings are most expensive on Zahid Gasimov Street (1,990 manats), and secondary housing - on Seymur Orujov Street (1,750 manats).
