The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has assessed customer satisfaction in the banking services market based on the complaints index.
As Oxu.Az reports, in November of this year, Bank BTB became the bank with the highest number of complaints in Azerbaijan. The complaints index for this financial institution was 5.11.
The next positions were taken by Yelo Bank JSC (2.88) and Unibank JSC (2.34).
The fewest complaints were recorded against Pasha Bank JSC with an index of 0.31. Bank Respublika JSC ranked second in this list with an indicator of 0.68.
Regarding banks not mentioned in the rating, no complaints were received by the CBA during the month.
The complaints index is calculated based on the proportionality of received complaints relative to the bank's customer base, taking into account the volume and coverage of provided services.
This indicator is calculated by dividing the bank's market share of complaints by its market share of customers. The index is designed to help citizens make informed decisions when choosing a bank and may change monthly.
