Azerbaijan approved a new purchase price for wheat

The Cabinet of Ministers has set the state procurement price for food wheat in Azerbaijan for 2025 at 400 manats/ton.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
According to the document, this price remains at the level of 2024.
Recall that in accordance with the decree of President Ilham Aliyev "On a number of measures to increase the level of self-sufficiency in food wheat" dated July 19, 2022, producers are paid a subsidy of 100 manats for each ton of food wheat produced predominantly in farms using modern irrigation systems and delivered to the State Reserves Agency and flour milling enterprises.
