ATTENTION to those wishing to buy a land plot at a low price - List presented

The next auctions and tenders for the sale and lease of land plots belonging to various municipalities of Azerbaijan will be held on January 7.

According to the information, dozens of land plots in Absheron, Salyan, Saatli, Sabirabad, Neftchala, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, Agdash, and other districts are up for sale and long-term lease.

In the Absheron district, land plots are offered for the construction of private residential houses in the territories of Gobu, Khirdalan, and Fatmai municipalities. A plot of 800 sq.m in Gobu settlement is put up for auction with a starting price of 8,800 manats, in Khirdalan a plot of 100 sq.m - for 5,323 manats, and in Fatmai a plot of 400 sq.m - for 6,500 manats.

In Shorsulu village of Salyan district, a land plot of 400 sq.m for entrepreneurial activities is up for sale. In Maryshly village of Arbatan municipality, a plot of 8,680 sq.m is offered for a 15-year lease for agricultural production.

The regions where the most agricultural land is offered are Sabirabad and Neftchala districts. In Sabirabad, in the villages of Surra, Garaly, Akhyskha, and Garatepe, arable lands and pastures ranging from 1 hectare to 100 hectares are offered for lease. In Kholtazakend village of Neftchala, land plots from 3 to 4 hectares are offered for 15-year lease.
