Assets of 4 closed banks of Azerbaijan put up for auction — PRICES
In Azerbaijan, real estate remaining on the balance sheets of several liquidated banks is being put up for sale. At auctions to be held in the coming days, properties in various cities across the country will be able to find new owners.
As reported by BAKU.WS, on April 29, the "Baku Auction Center" LLC will hold bidding on property belonging to "Bank of Azerbaijan" and "Dəmir Bank," which are in the process of liquidation.
The next auction is scheduled for May 13 - this time for assets of "AtaBank," "AGBank," and once again "Dəmir Bank."
The properties put up for sale cover various regions of the country. Among them are non-residential premises in Zardab, Guba, Baku, Shirvan, Goychay, Shamakhi, and Sumgayit. The prices of the properties range from approximately 55 thousand manats to nearly half a million.

Zardab, R. Karimova Street - non-residential building with an area of 221.6 sq.m (200,000 manats) - "Bank of Azerbaijan"
Guba, Heydar Aliyev Avenue, 150 - non-residential building with an area of 289.9 sq.m (360,000 manats) - "Dəmir Bank"
Baku, Khatai district, Gadir Mammadov Street (block 2951, building 2B) - non-residential premises with an area of 71.6 sq.m (140,000 manats) - "Dəmir Bank"
Shirvan, Heydar Aliyev Avenue - non-residential building with an area of 314.7 sq.m (365,500 manats) - "AtaBank"
Goychay, M.A. Rasulzade Street - non-residential building with an area of 324.8 sq.m (420,000 manats) - "AtaBank"
Shamakhi, Shahriyar Street, 22 - non-residential building with an area of 279.3 sq.m (490,000 manats) - "AtaBank"
Sumgayit, block 47 - non-residential premises (55,000 manats)
The sale process is organized by the Deposit Insurance Fund, which acts as the liquidator of the aforementioned banks. All interested parties can participate in the auctions and acquire the listed properties.
