Today is the birthday of Agaali Ibrahimov - People's Artist and Secretary of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS, he was born on February 6, 1946 in Baku.

After graduating from secondary school in 1960-1966, Agaali Ibrahimov studied at the Azim Azimzade State Art College, and in 1969-1974 - at the Mirzaaga Aliyev Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts.

Since 1966, he has been participating in republican and international exhibitions. His works have been exhibited in Russia, Turkey, USA, France, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Syria, Bulgaria and other countries.

Since 1975, Agaali Ibrahimov has been a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan. On May 30, 2002, he was awarded the honorary title "Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Azerbaijan", and on December 29, 2006 - "People's Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan".
