Predicting One's Own Death: The Last Day of Actor Lutfali Abdullayev

The new episode of "Retro Baku" on Baku TV is dedicated to actor Lyutfali Abdullayev.

As reported by BAKU.WS, in the program, the actor's daughter, Honored Artist Khurshid Abdullayeva shared memories about her father.

"Every day spent with my father still remains in my memory. Despite being busy with work, he always paid attention to us. We traveled to districts together, I attended his rehearsals, we went to performances. He always told me: 'You must get a higher education. You can choose any profession, but if I find out that you've become an actress, I will rise from the grave and kill you,'" said Khurshid Abdullayeva.

In the program, People's Artist Jahangir Novruzov revealed that Lyutfali Abdullayev had a premonition of his death:

"The day before his stroke, he placed a phone book in front of himself and called all his close ones. He also called Shamsi Badalbeyli saying: 'Tomorrow I'll go to your father, do you have anything to pass on?' And in the evening, he was still joking with everyone."
