Polad Bülbüloghlu: Hosting WUF13 in Baku is a grand event
"You know that I was in Shusha during the occupation, and after the liberation, I was one of the first to go there. The revival of the city of Shusha has been happening literally before my eyes. I returned from there two days ago. Each time, new roads and new buildings appear there. Currently, about 1,500 people already live in Shusha, meetings are regularly held with them, and it warms the heart that we have lived to see these days."
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by WUF 13 participant, member of the Milli Majlis, and Chairman of the Parliament's Committee on Culture, Polad Bülbüloğlu.
He emphasized the immense significance of this prestigious event for Baku:
"Holding this forum in Baku is a grand event. An event of global scale, and for Azerbaijan, for Baku, it is a powerful presentation on the international stage. It is wonderful that so many foreign guests have come to us, and today it is especially gratifying that such major international events are already being held in Baku."
