The next round of negotiations between U.S. and Iranian representatives will take place on July 11 in Pakistan.

This was reported by the Al Hadath television channel.

According to sources, the consultations are expected to address issues of sanctions against Iran, the unfreezing of assets, as well as the nuclear dossier of the Islamic republic.

Prior to this, the Iranian delegation in Doha held two meetings with representatives of Qatar and Pakistan on the implementation of the provisions of the memorandum between Tehran and Washington. In addition, the first session of the monitoring group established to oversee the implementation of the memorandum's terms was held during the visit.

On June 18, the United States and Iran signed a temporary memorandum of understanding intended to cement a cessation of hostilities and launch a new phase of negotiations. The document is designed for a 60-day period. It provides for the cessation of hostilities, the restoration of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, and the lifting of the U.S. naval blockade of Iranian ports. The memorandum also addresses sanctions relief, Iran's access to a portion of frozen assets, and the continuation of negotiations on the nuclear program.
