Presidential aide of the Russian Federation: Putin and Trump will meet in the coming days

A meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump may take place in the coming days.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Russian media, this was announced by Russian Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov.
According to him, a preliminary agreement has been reached on holding the meeting, and the parties have already begun preparations. "An agreement has been reached to hold a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump in the coming days, and the parties have begun working on it," he noted.
Ushakov specified that next week is being considered as a tentative date, but it is difficult to specify the exact time and duration of preparation at this point.
He also added that the meeting place has already been determined but will be announced later. Furthermore, according to him, US President's special envoy Steve Whitcoff mentioned the idea of a trilateral meeting involving Putin, Trump, and Zelensky, but Moscow left this proposal without comment.
