Poland plans to evacuate its citizens from Israel through Jordan

Poland has begun preparations for the evacuation of its citizens in Israel who want to leave the country due to the escalation of hostilities.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to RMF24, this was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Polish Foreign Ministry plans to evacuate about 200 of its citizens from Israel. The evacuation will first take place by buses to Jordan, and from there a flight to Warsaw will be organized. This exit option will be free of charge.

"We expect that we will be ready to conduct the operation in a few dozen hours. This includes both tourists and those Polish citizens who came to Israel for a short time," said Deputy State Secretary at the Polish Foreign Ministry Henryka Mościcka-Dendys.

According to her, Poland will be the first EU country to evacuate citizens from Israel.
