Swedish police continue to investigate the motives of the perpetrator who carried out a shooting at an adult education center in Örebro, located in central Sweden, approximately 200 km west of Stockholm. The attack resulted in 10 deaths.
The shooter's name has not been officially disclosed, however, according to Swedish public broadcaster SVT, he was identified as 35-year-old Rickard Andersson.
Local media report that he led a reclusive lifestyle, lived nearby, and had a firearms license. He had no criminal record, and in recent years he had not declared any income.
This incident became the deadliest school shooting in Swedish history. The attacker himself is among the deceased.
