Iran temporarily halted the passage of vessels through the Strait of Hormuz due to Israeli strikes on Lebanon.
This was reported on April 8 by the Fars agency on its Telegram channel.
"Simultaneously with Israel's attacks on Lebanon, the passage of oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz was halted," the report said.
At the same time, the outlet noted that in the morning, after Tehran and Washington agreed on a ceasefire, two oil tankers received permission from Iran for safe transit through the strait.
