In Brazil, a two-year-old toddler accidentally shot his mother in front of his father

A two-year-old child in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul accidentally shot his mother with his father's pistol.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Izvestia, the child was with his parents in the backyard when he took a pistol from the table, pointed it at his mother and accidentally fired. The woman was taken to the hospital but did not survive.

According to the police, the deceased's husband is a farmer and had a permit to carry and store weapons. The man was released but is charged with manslaughter and failure to comply with weapons storage regulations.
