In Brazil, a girl drowned a few hours after a marriage proposal. She was relaxing with her lover on a boat, but the vessel crashed. As a result, the man managed to reach the shore after three hours in the water, while his fiancée's body was washed ashore a few days later.

The tragedy occurred on the afternoon of June 21. The girl announced her engagement to her family from the boat, saying that she had been given a ring. In the video, she was beaming with happiness, and the sea was calm, the weather sunny. Unexpectedly, the current carried the boat to where the sea was rough. They were unable to steer the vessel away from this area, the boat hit a rock and capsized.

The man and the girl swam towards the shore, but they were separated by a strong wave. Eventually, the girl's body was washed up on the beach, while the man reached the shore wounded and scratched.

It is known that the couple had been together for about six months. The girl was buried on June 24.
