Colonel Javad Narenji of the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) has died from injuries sustained in Israeli airstrikes on Iran, reports "Free Iran".
According to the data, Narenji was the commander of the third division of the IRGC Ground Forces named "Hamze Seyed ash-Shuhada". He was severely wounded during the 12-day war when Israeli Air Force struck IRGC positions in West Azerbaijan province.
