In Ukraine, a servicewoman of Azerbaijani origin died while defending the country's freedom and territorial integrity.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was shared on social media by compatriot Anar Natigoglu who lives in Ukraine.

According to the information, Amina Mekhtieva (born 1982), who served as a medical instructor, died on July 9 while performing a combat mission in the territory of Novopavlovka settlement in the Sinelnikovsky district of Dnepropetrovsk region.
