A fire occurred in the house of the Prime Minister of Great Britain

London police have begun investigating the circumstances of a fire that occurred on May 12 at the private home of UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
This is reported by The Times.
According to the information, the fire in the house worth 2 million pounds (about 4.4 million manats - ed.) broke out tonight.
"Police arrived at the scene. The fire damaged the door of the house. There were no casualties," the newspaper quotes Scotland Yard's statement. It is also indicated that the investigation continues, and the scene remains cordoned off. The police do not report on the causes of the fire, nor whether they are treating the incident as arson.
After Keir Starmer took office as Prime Minister, he and his wife have been living in the official residence of the head of the British government on Downing Street. The house, according to the publication, is being rented out.
