A citizen of Azerbaijan who was on an international wanted list has been detained in Georgia
In Georgia, officers of the Marneuli District Department of the Kvemo Kartli Police Administration detained a citizen of Azerbaijan R.A. (born in 1986), who was on an international wanted list through Interpol with a red notice.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to 24News.ge, this was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
According to the information, the detainee has been wanted by the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2013 on charges of participating in an organized group and causing harm to health.
Currently, pre-extradition procedures provided for by law are being carried out in relation to him.
