Young judokas of Azerbaijan won two medals at the World Championship
The young judokas of the Azerbaijani national team finished the World Championship held in the city of Guayaquil (Ecuador) with one gold and one silver medal.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Judo Federation, the latest silver medalist was Aykhan Hasanli (81 kg).
Earlier, Farid Rzazade (50 kg) became the world champion, having defeated all his opponents.
Thus, the Azerbaijani national team finished the World Championship with two medals - one gold and one silver. With this result, the team placed fourth among 59 countries in the men's standings and fifth in the overall medal standings.
