Xabi Alonso has become the head coach of FC Chelsea

Xabi Alonso has taken charge of English football club Chelsea.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated in a press release by FC Chelsea.

The contract has been signed for a period of four years. The coach will begin work on July 1.

At the end of April, the club dismissed Liam Rosenior, and Callum McFarlane was appointed as acting head coach.

Previously, Alonso coached Spanish club Real.
