World Championship: Vafa Orujova lost in the Round of 16

Representative of the Azerbaijan national wrestling team Vafa Orujova made her debut at the U-17 Youth World Championships, hosted by Baku.

As Report informs, the athlete, competing in the 43 kg weight category, lost to Romania's representative Valia Harsana in the round of 16 with a score of 2:5.

It should be noted that the competitions are being held at the National Gymnastics Arena. Around 700 young wrestlers from more than 60 countries are participating in the event. Azerbaijan is represented at the world championship by 29 athletes.
