The date of the Azerbaijan Formula 1 Grand Prix has been changed

Formula 1 organizers have announced a change in the dates for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, which will take place in Baku next year.

This was reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the official Formula 1 website.

According to the information, the reason for the rescheduling is that September 27 is observed as Memorial Day in the republic.

In this regard, the racing weekend in the capital will be held on September 24, 25, and 26. Previously, the Baku stage in the Formula 1 calendar was scheduled for September 25, 26, and 27.
