Azerbaijan women's 3×3 basketball team played their first match at the VI Islamic Solidarity Games taking place in Riyadh.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, at the start of the tournament, the Azerbaijani team confidently defeated the host team - Saudi Arabia with a score of 21:8.

Note that the Azerbaijan team will play their second match in the group stage today. At 22:10 Baku time, the team will face Turkey.
