Azerbaijan judo team secured a place in the final of the VI Islamic Solidarity Games taking place in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Report, in the semifinals of the mixed team competitions, the national team met with the team of Kazakhstan.

The Azerbaijan team advanced to the final, winning with a score of 4:1.

The opponent in the decisive match will be the team of Uzbekistan.

Note that the Islamic Games will end on November 21.
