A woman who violated ethical norms on the social network TikTok was held accountable.

As reported by lent.az, 43-year-old Samira Bakhyshova (name changed) used obscene language during a live broadcast on her TikTok social media profile. By doing so, she committed actions that offend public morality and clearly demonstrate disrespect toward society.

In connection with this, S. Bakhyshova was summoned to the police department at her place of residence. A report was drawn up against her under Article 510.2 (minor hooliganism in the form of public demonstration on an internet information resource or information and telecommunications network of actions that offend public morality and express clear disrespect toward society, namely — the utterance of obscene expressions or the making of gestures creating an impression of such content, as well as the display of parts of the human body in a manner contrary to moral norms and national-moral values) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Samira Bakhyshova, who is a mother of two children, stated in her testimony that she regrets what she did. According to the TikToker, in the evening, while her daughter was out walking, she went live, during which some followers made indecent propositions to her. Angered, the woman used profanity in response.

By court decision, Bakhyshova was administratively fined 700 manats.
