Monaco football players stripped down to their underwear due to a broken air conditioner on the plane

Monaco football players were unable to fly to Belgium for the match against Brugge due to a faulty air conditioner on the plane and were forced to find ways to cope with the heat on board, reports RMS Sport.

According to the publication, on Wednesday the team was supposed to fly from Nice to meet with Brugge. While already on board and waiting for takeoff, the players discovered a problem with the air conditioning system. The temperature in the cabin rose sharply, and the footballers, to make their stay easier, stripped down to their underwear. While the team waited for permission to leave the plane, they filmed each other and published videos on social media, but soon all materials were removed from the players' personal pages.

As a result, the flight was postponed until Thursday, and Monaco will arrive in Belgium just a few hours before the start of the match with Brugge.
