Two Azerbaijani judokas will enter the competition on the second day of the Grand Slam tournament, which is taking place in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation.
In the 73 kg weight category, Hidayat Heydarov will meet the winner of the Adil Osmanov / Giovanni Esposito pair in the 1/16 finals.
Also in the same weight category, judoka Rashid Mammadaliyev will face US representative Steven Boldbaatar.
