Changes to traffic patterns during Formula 1 in Baku

Due to the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix in Baku, the bus lane has been temporarily suspended on the road section from Shamsi Badalbeyly Street (near the Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theater) to Bulbul Avenue (opposite the Heydar Aliyev Palace).

This was reported during the latest episode of the Necə olmalıdır? ("How should it be?") segment on Baku TV.

It is noted that after the intersection, the lane operates in normal mode. Drivers are advised not to enter it without the traffic controller's instruction.

It is emphasized that similar changes are in effect on Azadliq Avenue, near the "28 May" metro station. Meanwhile, on Rashid Behbudov Street, bus lanes are functioning as usual.

Additionally, parking spaces on 28 May Street have been temporarily eliminated - the restriction will remain in effect until September 23.
