Azerbaijani judoka Abil Yusubov won silver at the European Cup

Azerbaijani judoka Abil Yusubov won a silver medal on the first day of the European Youth Cup in the Czech capital Prague.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the athlete won five bouts on his way to the final in the 73 kg weight category.

In the decisive match, A. Yusubov lost to Italian Lucio Tavoletta and was awarded the silver medal.

It should be noted that on the last day of the European Cup, 15 members of the Azerbaijani national team will take to the tatami.
